Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Derek Tran (CA-45) signed onto a War Powers Resolution (H. Con. Res. 40) following the President’s decision to strike Iranian nuclear facilities without Congressional notification or authorization.

Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Derek Tran (CA-45), led by chair of the California Democratic Congressional Delegation Representative Zoe Lofgren (CA-18), joined a dozen members of the California Congressional Delegation in sending a letter calling for the House Appropriations Committee to reject the Trump Administration’s drastic cuts to the U.S.

Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Derek Tran (CA-45) announced today that he will serve as Co-Chair of the Democratic Caucus National Security Task Force alongside Representatives Jason Crow (CO-06), Maggie Goodlander (NH-02), and Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11).
