Washington, DC – Today, the House Committee on Small Business advanced bipartisan legislation led by U.S. Representative Derek Tran (CA-45). H.R. 5788, the 504 Program Risk Oversight Act, would increase transparency and efficiency within the Small Business Administration (SBA)’s 504 loan program. The legislation would require an annual risk analysis of the SBA’s 504 loan program and provide Congress with a detailed report on the results.
