Congressman Derek Tran Unveils Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office

WESTMINSTER, CA – Today, Congressman Tran joined leaders in Westminster to officially unveil the newly designated "Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office" located at 9317 Bolsa Avenue. The designation of the post office recognizes the bravery, sacrifice, and enduring commitment of Vietnam War veterans in the heart of the largest Vietnamese American community. 

“Fifty years after the fall of Saigon, the Vietnamese American community in Little Saigon and across the country is getting stronger every day. Many of our families came to this country seeking refuge, and we owe so much to those who fought, both American and Vietnamese, for freedom and democracy with the Republic of Vietnam,” said Congressman Derek Tran (CA-45). “This post office will serve as a reminder to the Vietnamese community of our heritage, our success, and ensure that no one can rewrite our story.”

The Little Saigon Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Post Office will serve as a place of remembrance, reflection, and gratitude for all those who served.
