The staff took the time to understand my situation, explained the process clearly, and consistently followed up with the appropriate federal agency on my behalf. Their communication was timely and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to their dedication and persistence, my case was successfully resolved, and my tax refund was finally released after a long period of waiting. This outcome brought tremendous relief and peace of mind to my family. I am truly grateful to Congressman Derek Tran and his staff for their support and commitment to serving the community. “Amazing, I got a call on a Saturday responding to my voice mail concerning non response from Social Security.  On Monday , the agency called and processed my pending claim.  It went from 'nothing was getting done' to 'it's all done' in a few days.  Thank you for your excellent attention,” said Mitch, a constituent from Garden Grove.
